Our department made up of engineers/project leaders offers expertise in :

• product development by multidisciplinary project teams,
• product development using knowledge of technologies and a wide range of materials (bar turning, coining, grinding, extruding, vulcanization, automated assemblies),
• old technology,
• industrial property.

Integrating a proven quality strategy in line with ISO TS16949, research engineers develop products adhering to strict and validated procedures and specifications, aiming to achieve the “zero error” required by our customers.

2D, 3D planes, prototypes, tools, validation of products and processes and monitoring of production model start-ups. All this is done internally after a series of tests carried out in SCHRADER’s laboratory. Vibration bench, 3D measurement bench, thermal choc bench, centrifuging or hydraulic bench used in :

• environmental tests (cold, heat, humidity, thermal choc, saline fog, thermal cycling, ozone),
• mechanical test (traction, compression, vibration),
• microscope test (counting of particles),
• hydraulic tests under high pressure,
• test to analyse coolant gas,
• metrology tests on physical sizes.
