HR POLICY
A company is the people who work in it. SCHRADER believes in this principle, that’s why it thinks of itself as a responsible, people-centred company for the reasons set out below.
RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE
At SCHRADER, respect for individuals, their ideas and differences is the basis for the relationship.
A human quality of communication within the company is the golden rule according to the SCHRADER spirit.
SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS
SCHRADER attaches particular importance to the health and physical and mental wellbeing of its employees. This is the company’s foremost mark of respect towards its employees. Everything possible is done to improve the level of safety, with regard to both risk prevention and the meeting of standards for machinery.
SCHRADER pays close attention to its employees’ working conditions and a variety of measures are taken regularly to this end.
DEVELOPMENT OF AUTONOMY AND SKILLS
SCHRADER wants to give the individual back his place at the heart of the system. To this end, the organisation of production in IPU (independent production units) is based on an increase in employee autonomy. At the same time, a management-by-skills approach has been launched recently to optimise staff usefulness, prioritising polyvalence and seeking to optimise team performance.
This device allows us to anticipate the strategic development of the company, in other words the impact of technological mutations on skills required.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
SCHRADER’s concern for the environment is demonstrated throughout the entire life cycle of its products: from design through to the end of their useful life.
As a major actor in the local economy, SCHRADER has always been conscious of its responsibilities and convinced that concern for the environment is a gauge of permanence, as attested to by the measures it has been taking for several years to reduce its impact on the environment.
